Simple Prep– Chop your Tempeh into strips or cubes and pan fry on high with an oil of your choice & salt and herb of your choice. (Perfect from throwing on salads, in stir-fries or pasta dishes!)

* note* It is best to prep your Tempeh with a knife rather than simply breaking it apart with your hands. Flip each strip with intention when you fry, scrambling the Tempeh around loosely in a pan may encourage loose beans*
