    Who is Tria prima? 

Our Business is Owner Operated and Ran. All of our Tempeh & Tofu is processed by hand at our facility in Eugene Oregon!

 

We started experimenting with making tempeh after an unexpected score of some tempeh spores from a health food store.We were curious about the prospect of soy free tempeh, and wanted to experience the fullness of true unpasteurized tempeh. We loved classic soy tempeh but the agricultural impact and the way it made our guts feel urged us to incorporate this food into our lives in a new way. Ever since that day making tempeh has been an on going experiment for Margaret & Sam. Sharing a love for the fungal kingdom they got swept up onto an amazing culturing journey! Full of trial error, and victory!…Our journey has now brought us to a place of openness to share this awesome, raw whole food with you! We thank you, and hope you enjoy the tempeh!
