Confused On Where to Begin? You can Cook our Tempeh Just like any other Tempeh.
Simple Prep– Chop your Tempeh into strips or cubes and pan fry on high with an oil of your choice & salt and herb of your choice. (Perfect from throwing on salads, in stir-fries or pasta dishes!)
* note if you dont want crumbly tempeh please cut with a knife rather than breaking it with your hands and please flip each strip with intention when you fry, scrambling the tempeh around loosely in a pan does just what the name says. It Scrambles the Tempeh* also note that our black bean red qunioa blend is crumble prone, if you want a firm hold try our Split Pea, Great Northern Wild or our Kenearly Bean pecan Belnd.
